I was connected to DC Auto Transport by my transport broker, “Ship a Car Direct.” DC Auto Transport were fabulous! I was shipping my ’99 Porsche Carrera in like new condition from Seattle to my son in Denver and I was naturally concerned for it. It was at the beginning of the Omicron wave and many of the mountain passes were closed from snow, so finding a carrier at the beginning of January 2022 was tough. They arrived when they said they would with a clean enclosed trailer and were extremely careful with the car. I thought with the passes about to close again, it wouldn’t get out on a big, enclosed truck for days, but somehow, they got out and got the car to Denver just a few days later, despite horrible weather both in the Cascades and the Rockies. It arrived in flawless condition. I am SO IMPRESSED. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DC Auto Transport and I will use them again!

It was my first experience with buying a car out of state and my first experience with a car hauling company. I bought a car from TX and the dealer recommended me to use DC Auto Transport, based on good experience with them before. So I went for it and my baby came to Miami in no time. This company transported my car from Tampa to Colorado Springs in 2 days!!!! The equipment and lift were top notch and i highly recommend this business. It was delivered in a spotless enclosed trailer where it was carefully handled for the entire 2600 mile trip from Burlington, Washington to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I used DC Auto Transport for enclosed transport of my Porsche Cayman from the west coast to the east coast. The transport came off with no drama. They were very professional. I was especially impressed with their transport rig, which was new and state of the art. I had considered open transport but among other things was worried that my clutch would be fried from all the loading and off loading. With the DCAT equipment, you could almost roll the car on by hand, because of the horizontal liftgate. I had also heard of at least one open transport story where a friends car had body damage due to contact with a car loaded above it. DCAT provided a very competitive rate for the transport. They are the way to go in my book.

I was lucky enough to be contracted DC Auto through a third-party broker, but in the future would definitely go through them directly. Purchasing a car from a private seller in California, they arrived on time right at the seller’s door. They worked with the seller to coordinate the pickup time and called me the day before to give me a drop-off window. Because I live down a narrow street, they even transferred the car from the semi truck it was shipped to a smaller two-car trailer!

Reason for 4, not 5-star is because we were not notified the car had even been picked up. I had to leave work to get cash to pay driver once I learned he was coming that day.
Our driver, Ian, delivered my 65 Chevelle. He called me in the morning the day it was to arrive and then again 45 minutes before arrival. Great guy. Good communication. Car arrived in a brand new, beautiful, clean, enclosed trailer. She was in good hands all the way. All said and done, I would use this company again &!having previously used two other companies I was not happy with. (Stay away from OK Auto Transport at all costs.)
